E-mailing your search results

For each item in a search results list, Information Portal displays specific information (such as the item's title, author, publisher, publication date, call number, and status). You can use e-mail to send this information to a specific e-mail address.

To e-mail your search results

  1. Search for a library item.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the search results page.

  3. Mark the format in which you would like the information to appear.

  4. Enter the subject of the e-mail in the Subject field.

  5. Enter the e-mail address where you want to send the information in the Email to field.

  6. Click Send.

Information Portal sends the search results to the e-mail address you specified.
